RETURN CONDITIONS:
ACCORDING TO CPA (CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT), YOU HAVE SEVEN DAYS, FROM THE RECEPTION OF YOUR ORDER TO ASK US FOR AN EXCHANGE.THE FEES OF RETURN ITEM ARE THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE PURCHASER.  IF YOU ORDER  WITH A DELEVERY ADRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS, THE PARCEL WILL BE SENT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS.

– SEND US THE ITEM, BRAND NEW, WITH THE ORIGINAL LABEL, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING THE CERTIFICATE OF UNIQUENESS (IF NECESSARY).
– JOIN THE PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORDER INVOICE.
– WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TO EXCHZNGE ANY ITEM WITHOUT REASONS VALIDATED BY OUR CARES.
